Syllabus and Lesson Format

At the training rooms, we welcome students of all styles and ability levels from age 6 upwards. Many students who are beginners work from our own accredited Junior Trainer syllabuses.

Advanced Students

For more advanced students, our teachers can deliver a bespoke program of study, including using the grade syllabuses form Rockschool, Trinity Guildhall and the Associated Board for those who wish to take external examinations.

We operate all year round except for the Christmas holidays, and provide tuition in either 20 or 30 minute individual lessons, depending on the student’s age and ability level.

Currently, 20 minute lessons are priced at just £11.50, and 30 minutes at just £16.50.

At the SCAMPS Music Training Rooms, we can offer professional tuition on guitar, drum kit, piano and keyboard.

Working from our fully equipped teaching studios inside Wesley Chambers, Aldershot, our teachers at the training rooms plan and deliver informative but fun programs to help each student develop the technique and key skills they need to progress.

Parents are equally well catered for with tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable seating area to sit and read, work or just relax whilst the offspring have their lessons. Our administration department can process book orders and deal with any lesson queries, and has full credit card payment facilities.

Not just for kids!

At the training rooms, we are very happy to teach students at the older end of the age spectrum too!

Whether a seasoned performer and need a polish up, been out of practice for a little while and want to get back to it or if you’ve always wanted to play but never started maybe now’s the time!

Whatever your level of expertise, whatever style you like, however you prefer to work, our experience in music education means we can cater for your needs!
