Peripatetic Lessons

We provide instrumental lessons on guitar, bass, drum kit, piano and keyboard at primary and secondary schools, colleges and other educational establishments across England.

Lessons are available for students from Year 3 upwards and can be provided either in groups or one to one, depending on the requirements and wishes of the school and the parents, all at very competitive rates.


 

We view ourselves as a partner to each school that we work in, and aim to keep any workload related to the lessons down to a minimum for both heads of music and the school's administration staff.

Leave the admin to us!

Our lessons can be administrated in a number of different ways according to the wishes of you and your school.

Almost all schools who use our service benefit from lessons that are arranged and administrated fully from our head office - including lesson timetabling, rotas (where applicable) and the collection of fees directly from the parents. You can sit back and leave the admin to us!

How we differ from other providers:

  • We actively promote music within your school, presenting fun and informative presentations every year to inspire the next generation of performers at no cost to the school.
  • We take all the administrative load relating to lessons off you - we organise and schedule lessons and can collect lesson fees directly from the parents of your students
  • We supply instruments and all the books the students will need for their tuition
  • We have our own syllabus, designed specially for school children and fully accredited by the QCA, which fully prepares students for grade syllabuses from Trinity Guildhall, Rockschool and ABRSM.
  • We give you biscuits at Christmas!

What we teach our/your Students

Students usually begin their tuition working from our own QCA accredited syllabuses, the SCAMPS Junior Trainer Series.

These books have been developed over a number of years and aim to maintain students' motivation as they learn all the fundamental aspects of playing their instrument.
