Scamps teaches young people like you how much fun and all-out satisfaction there is being able to play the guitar, drums, piano and keyboard in schools and other places all over the country.
This part of the site is mainly for our younger students - If you're a little older, you may find more of the information you're looking for in our 'Parents' Section.
If we teach at your school
and you would like to start learning an instrument, either speak to your school office, or ask an adult to read the 'Parents' section of this website to find out how to join in.
If we don't teach at
your school
That doesn't mean we can't!
Again, ask an adult to read about how to get things started in the 'Parents' section.

Being one of our students is all about learning new skills, having fun and working hard but most of all, getting into music and learning how to play and perform.
Our tuition is designed from the beginning with young people in mind - our books (and lessons!) are colourful and fun, but contain all the material you'll need to make your way through the wonderful world of music!

If you are already having lessons with us, you can login above to get access to hints, tips, games, examples, pieces and more.

So what do you have to do?
You'll have to be ready to do your part too though - nobody gets good at playing an instrument without a lot of hard work and commitment!
When you see musicians performing on the television, hear them on CD's or the radio, or see them live it's easy to think that there's some kind of magic making their fingers work the way that they do and creating such a wonderful sound.
There is no magic
- just a lot of hard work that the musician has already done to get them there. You'll need to be ready to do that too!
You’ll certainly enjoy the journey to get there though, and we can guarantee that all the effort that you do put in will be well worth it.
You’ll be learning about one of the most wonderful things in the world – making music.
